  • Type-R Cup

Built for the track many years ago. Loud, raw and sequentially shifted. Every vibration arrives without asking permission.

  • S14 HKS

Dormant for years. Brought back to life at Peak Garage with an HKS 2.2 stroker and 3240 turbo.

  • GT86 EJ25

EJ25, HKS GT-RS turbo, Cusco cage and custom widebody in a Toyota GT86. Brand loyalty got complicated.

  • BRZ-CIPA

HKS V3 supercharger, EcuTek management, CAE shifter and chassis upgrades. The BRZ received a fairly comprehensive rethink.

  • SUPRA 4294R

GTX4294R turbo, triple fuel pumps, methanol and NOS. Somebody decided the Supra needed a little more of everything.

  • EVO IX HKS

An older Peak Garage build, full of HKS and Ralliart hardware. Even people from HKS stopped by our workshop to see it.

  • CIVIC EKK2 - K24A

Golden Eagle K24A, VTEC-killer rockers, upgraded six-speed and extensive chassis work. Definitely more than a routine swap.

  • S2K SUS

Built engine internals, 4.778 final drive, Spoon brakes and methanol. A surprisingly serious collection of S2000 hardware.

  • S3 BRK

HTA3076 turbo, dry-sump oiling, Haldex upgrades and KW Clubsports. There's very little standard left to discuss.

  • SmartBusa

K8 engine swap, custom rear end and a hydraulic handbrake. An unusual set of ingredients for something called a Smart.

  • Z1K Turbo

HKS GT-SS turbo, custom manifolds, dedicated cooling and a ZX6 front-end. Packaging all that is the real trick.

  • Ducati 1142S

Pistal Racing 1142cc big-bore, EVR slipper clutch and a 70mm Termignoni exhaust. No need to overexplain this one.

  • Honda Grom Turbo

180cc, BorgWarner turbo, custom intercooler and Öhlins suspension. The smallest projects rarely behave like the simplest ones.

  • 2WD 1000RR

Custom chassis, R6 brakes, Öhlins suspension and components from several motorcycles. Two-wheel drive was only the beginning.

  • BMW E24 / 665

FAST intake, T56 gearbox and custom drivetrain components. This E24 isn't particularly interested in its original specification.

  • BMW 2002

Peak Engineering 2.3 stroker, Schrick camshafts and EFI conversion. Classic BMW machinery with a few contemporary disagreements.

  • AES 2000

More than an engine build. F22 internals, individual throttle bodies, custom crossmember and four-link suspension tell the story.

  • Amuse S2000

TODA stroker, Vortech supercharger, Amuse GT1 bodywork, methanol and NOS. One upgrade apparently led to several others.

  • Volvo 245

351 Windsor V8, Porsche Brembos and centerlock BBS wheels in a Volvo 245. A very sensible family wagon, obviously.

  • GT86 HKS

HKS supercharger and F-CON Pro, Cusco cage, Brembo brakes and a custom widebody. Quite a lot for one GT86.

  • PEUGEOT 205 GTI

Wössner internals, PipeCams, Quaife drivetrain hardware and AP Racing brakes. Small Peugeot, rather ambitious shopping list.

  • 911 RS 71

A 3.4-litre engine, motorsport internals, EFI conversion and RSR suspension. Classic Porsche engineering, with a few modern interventions.

  • GT-R 86

A VR38DETT, twin HKS turbos and a Quaife sequential gearbox inside an 86. Reasonable was never the brief.

  • 993 4S

RWD conversion, Quaife sequential gearbox and GT2 brakes. This 993 4S has taken a few liberties with tradition.

  • 993 4S SC

Supercharged, rear-wheel-drive converted and sequentially shifted. This 993 4S has been quietly collecting bad influences.

  • 997 GT3 QUAIFE

A Quaife sequential gearbox, Sachs triple-plate clutch and custom shifter hardware. Traffic was clearly not a priority.
